Feedback and concerns
Tell us when something is not right.
We want concerns to be heard, investigated and answered clearly. Raising a complaint will not reduce the care or respect a person receives.
Email a concernHow to raise a concern
Contact Owilima Solutions by telephone on 01452 447234, by email at info@owilima.co.uk, or in writing to 4 Mickle Mead, Abbeymead, Gloucester GL4 5TD. Explain what happened, when it happened, who was involved and what outcome you would like.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the concern, identify the person responsible for reviewing it, gather relevant information and explain the outcome and any action. If more time is needed, we will keep you informed.
If you remain dissatisfied
We will explain the external review route that applies to your situation. The Care Quality Commission welcomes information about regulated services but does not resolve individual complaints for people. You can read CQC guidance or contact the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman where that route applies.
Immediate safety
If someone is in immediate danger, call 999. Safeguarding concerns can also be reported to the relevant local authority safeguarding team.
